Announcement

Remember Michael Flatley, the Lord of the Dance? Man, that guy was really a thing for a minute-- if you're too young, he is an American who specializes in Irish dance. He choreographed and starred in a live show called Riverdance, which began Michael Flately, Lord of the Dance, which begat Feet of Flame. If you haven't noticed, he's, uh... not much of one for humility. Well, as rich male performers are wont to do, he went and wrote, directed and starred in his own spy movie, called BLACKBIRD. It was made in 2018 but couldn't find distribution until 2022 because, well, as the Guardian put it "The acting and writing are like the non-sexy bits that come between the sexy bits in a porn film made in 1985." I wanted to screen this once it became available on Amazon or whatever back in 2022 but it just never got there (that's right, it's not available on Amazon, or Apple TV or even TUBI! So where IS that distribution, anyway?), so instead I went sailing on the seven seas and found it for all of our enjoyment. As usual, please try and download this before this Sunday night at 6:30pm! Hope to see you all there! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cCcvL1CK4P_Ps5u_dWaTISCNecls_chi/view?usp=drive_link
