“The Most Dangerous Game”, also published as “The Hounds of Zaroff”, is a short story by Richard Connell, first published in Collier’s on January 19, 1924. It is the story of a rich guy hunting people for sport. It has been adapted a million times into movies, tv shows, radio plays, comic books, the works. Despite movies like Slave Girls Beyond Infinity, Confessions of a Psycho Cat and the John Leguizamo movie The Pest (not even to mention the John Woo/JCDV joint The Hard Target, the most notorious of all versions of this is 1987's Deadly Prey, directed by David A. Prior and starring his brother Ted in a movie that also manages to rip off the first Rambo movie First Blood. This is gonna be a good one, don’t miss it! 6:30 tonight! Description
A group of sadistic mercenaries led by Col. John Hogan kidnap Michael Danton from his home, and set him loose on the grounds of their secret camp to be used as training for new recruits.
