There’s a whole vein of bad movies that we have yet to mine, and that is the treasure trove of Lifetime movies. So many melodramas about kidnapped teens, stalked wives and dark, dark family secrets. Tonight we rectify that mistake with a movie that seems to be more unhinged that most of its kind: 2018's DESIGNED TO KILL (aka DEADLY RUNWAY). From the writer of such fare as Swim Instructor Nightmare and Marriage Killer, from the director of such films as Stalked By My Doctor and My Daughter’s Ransom (I swear these are all real movies) and starring a bunch of actors you’ve never heard of unless you watch a lot of daytime soap operas. I could tell you what it’s about, but I think just going in blind would be more fun. Description

A photographer with serious mental issues--with a background available online--somehow gets hired at a high school under her real name, then proceeds to try to turn a nerdy looking guy into a hunky model in order to runaway with him.
