You know a movie isn't going to do well when its own stars are taking the piss out of it in interviews. Don Johnson, one of the stars of tonight's 1991 film HARLEY DAVIDSON AND THE MARLBORO MAN famously said, publicly, to an outlet that was aiding in the promotion of his movie, for which he had been paid, said “If you're a fan of mindless action, if you don’t have a single brain cell in your head, this is the film for you.” Hey, that's us! The movie co-stars Mickey Rourke, who later told Alec Baldwin in an interview on Baldwin's podcast, “This piece of shit fell in my plate and they offered me a boatload of money. And like a whore I took the $4 million or whatever it was and bought a big fucking Elvis Presley house that I couldn’t afford. And I remember doing this film and hating myself every day," (to which Baldwin responded “Your Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man — I did about eight of those.”), Giancarlo Esposito, Tom Sizemore, Daniel Baldwin, Vanessa Williams and a few more famous faces in small roles. Description

It's the lawless future, and renegade biker Harley Davidson and his surly cowboy buddy, Marlboro, learn that a corrupt bank is about to foreclose on their friend's bar to further an expanding empire. Harley and Marlboro decide to help by robbing the crooked bank. But when they accidentally filch a drug shipment, they find themselves on the run from criminal financiers and the mob in this rugged action adventure.
