It’s October, and we should be preparing for Halloween by watching horror movies. Hey, remember Interview With the Vampire? Brad Pitt with a terrible accent and Tom Cruise as a tiny vampire? Okay, we’re not watching that, but we ARE watching a sort of sequel to it. What if you took Lestat (Cruise’s character), recast him with an actor no one has heard of and then made him a rock star? And wait, that’s not where it starts getting weird? Starring Aaliyah in her final film role, Lena Olin and really no one else worth mentioning, it was at first endorsed by Anne Rice and then after she saw it… not so much. Anyhoo, tonight we watch 2002's QUEEN OF THE DAMNED! It’s available for rent on Amazon. See you at 6:30!
